If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes, I would.. I love it very much... it is fun to sail and I can solo it with out any problems..  
Gear that's been added Great Engine.. I replace the prop with a 3 blade Martec Feather.. it works great.. The Autohelm 4000 is also works all the time for me.. I also put in a 16,000btu heat pump.. Also I put a smaller wheel on it.. One more.. I put a Bimmini on it.  
Structural or complex improvements No  
The boat's best features Space.. Engine.. walk thru transom.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The water tank had a hole in it. but the manufacture came to the boat and fixed it..  
Sailing characterisitcs  
Motoring characterisitcs the boat backs up great.. very little walk to it!! the boat goes 5 knots all the time..  
Liveability we plan to live aboard for a year..
