The boat's best features Layout, Ease of Handling,  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Minor leaking between Deck and Hull. Rudder required delamination work. Replaced bronze shaft with stainless steel.  
Sailing characterisitcs Excellent sailing characteristics in Moderate and Heavy Winds. Doesn't do as well in light winds.  
Motoring characterisitcs Boat is definitely underpowered engine wise. Yanmar 2GM20F is extremely reliable.  
Liveability Excellent Livability. Aft cabin is not really a "cabin" but it does provide privacy.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Did not dealwith Hunter. Bought from Single Owner who maintained the boat in an excellent manner.
