How the boat is used Multi-week coastal cruising

Owner bought the boat in 1995
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes

Structural or complex improvements no
The boat's best features Interior Layout and Walk thru transom. The taller rigging is also a bonus in the fickle wind we get in the northwest in the summer.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The windows are leaking a bit so the need to be re sealed. The sink needs a better design for the splashboard area. The other thing that wuld have been nice is to turn one of the bench seats into a sleeping berth. Either by dropping down the table or some sort of aftermarket piece to create a berth on the port side.
Sailing characterisitcs Great fun under sail. We set personal speed records for our family on our vacation last summer. The sails are easy to set as well as take down.
Motoring characterisitcs Motoring is somewhat disapointing however being new to the boat I may need to modify some things to fit it to the way we use the boat.
Liveability Perfect for the four of us.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Great response to my first question I sent them
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Private sale
