Without hesitation. Best sailboat I have ever owned (this is my fifth one). We love the circular cockpit--thats what first attracted us to the boat. You have lots of leg room and don't have to climb over peoples laps to go forward. The layout is great. The use of more glass makes interior lighting fantastic. Only complaints I have...and they are minor...I wish I had gotten air conditioning with it and an electric winch. I am 61 years old and raising the big main wears me out..but once you get it up..it is larger then most and gives you great sailing. We still get compliments on how great the boat looks and sails. We have thought about getting a bigger boat, but like this one so much we cant part with it.

I would recommend the drain in the anchor locker be made larger. I have a problem with leaves and insects getting in a plugging it up.I wish Hunter would make larger size boats with the circular cockpit design of the 33.5

Liveability
|
We put a portable AC over the top hatch during the hot part of summer. The boat is liveable for us (wife, dog and I). We have lived aboard for a week and have not experienced long term live aboard, but I don't see where it would be a problem.

We have always used Rooke Sails in Memphis for our boats. Honest, dependable, and friendly people.

We pretty much will stay with Hunters for sailboats.
