Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Seemed to lack water drain holes at base of mast Originally leaked from mast into bilge  
Sailing characterisitcs The boat sails well. Its more stable than the water ballast boat we had  
Motoring characterisitcs Motoring has been good, The 2GM vibrates a lot and takes a long time to cool down.  
Liveability We are very satisfied with living on the boat.
