Owner bought the boat in 2000  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? NO. The finish is bad, and the hunter dealers do not care about the small boats.They just want to sell the big ones.None of them even show a 240.No ouality control.  
Gear that's been added honda 8 motor  
Structural or complex improvements  
The boat's best features Its a great looking boat in and out.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The keel is hard to work.The rudder is hard to pull up.  
Sailing characterisitcs sails fine when everything works.  
Motoring characterisitcs  
Liveability Its good.It could have a shelf in the galley.

The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any VARY BAD.  
Other comments My wife treats it like a diamond.It looks like new.We are the best advertising you could have.We even wear your shirt and hat.This is our first sail boat and have a lot to learn.
