Review of the Hunter 30 by Forrest Billings

Structural or complex improvements replaced all ports. motor-shaft@prop, fuel tank, head ,stove,water pump,  
The boat's best features sails well in storms.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. mast step on floor and cabin top.  
Sailing characterisitcs in 20 to 25ft seas she is great  
Motoring characterisitcs will run all day at 4kts  
Liveability lived on her for 18 years and loved it all.

Other comments have sailed her very hard, calf. to fla. in 83, up and down both coasts and now the great lakes. I think shes great.
