Location of boat EastGreenwich, R.I.
The boat is sailed on Bays, sounds, or protected salt water
How the boat is used Weekends and longer

Average size of crew 5-6
Liveaboard?
Owner bought the boat in 1994
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes,this was our first boat. We cannot compareit to a conventional rig sailboat. It's spaciousand fast down wind.My wife, the three kids and ienjoy sailing her.(Soft Touch).
Gear that's been added We bought her with, autohelm wind machine, autohelm ST-4000 auto pilot, autohelm DGPS and a blipper.1997 I added autohelm ST-50 radar, and TV Ant.on a stern mounted mast, which i designed, built, and installed.I would be happy to share it withanyone.I also install 36" teak hand rails on the cabintop cover which houses the solar panel for tyingdown coolers, water jugs ect.I added a three bladed prop and spurs this yearof which needs to be tested for comment.
Structural or complex improvements No.
The boat's best features Lots of space below.Good light below.Good visiblity forward.Fast downwind.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Cabin deck cover popped up.5/16 bolts which holdthe 2 forward 4 sheave assemblies unscrewed underline pressure. I had a hard time removing the two inwould 7" long5/16" bolts going through the traveler and coverto remove the cover. I recommend slotting thoseholes on the fiber glass cover before reinstall.
Sailing characterisitcs I can't comment here, other than she's fast downwind.
Motoring characterisitcs At 2300 rpms clean, and unloaded about 6.5 knots.Of course, when is that the case.Fully loadedfuel, water, 5 people, and gear about 5.5 knots.
Liveability Spacious!
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) For being the first time owning a boat, i couldn'thave asked for anything else.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Bought the boat from Sailing Specialties in Noank,CT. The name speaks for itself. The owner isgreat, and his sales people tops. I would recommendthem to anyone.
