If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? YES, WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET 36' ROOM IN A 32FOOTER !!  
Gear that's been added HATCH VENTS ( SOLAR )

The boat's best features SALON SPACE, VISIBILITY, LAYOUT, BOAT POINTSWELL, COMFORABLE EASY TO SAIL CRUISER. THEBOAT SAILS WELL SINGLE-HANDED.ENGINE ANDDRIVETRAIN IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE. NO MOREBENT KNEES AND BROKEN BACKS !  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. AS THEY ALL DO, THE FULL BATTENED MAIN ISTOUGH TO RAISE.  
Sailing characterisitcs THE BOAT IS RATHER A DOG IN LIGHT WINDS,BUT ONCE SHE HITS THE 15 KNOT AREA SHE ISIN HER ELEMENT. 15 AND UP SHE IS A MATCHFOR BOATS 36-38 ' NICE HEAVY WEATHER BOAT.  
Motoring characterisitcs EASY TO HANDLE. BACKS WELL, AND CAN SPINON A DIME. BEAM OF BOAT ALLOWS COMFORTABLEMOTORING.  
Liveability FOR THE 2 OF US, IT'S A VACATION HOME.SOMUCH ROOM !!
