Owner bought the boat in 1997  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes,really enjoyed looked for a 37c for about a year.  
Gear that's been added yes,a total cockpit enclosure,replaced all through hull fittings with ball valves,ref.unit,new sail covers,new head,three blade prop.  
Structural or complex improvements no  
The boat's best features the speed,room,  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. water holding tank had a leak ,the other things done were inprovements.  
Sailing characterisitcs handles good short handed.  
Motoring characterisitcs does fair now that installed three blade prop.  
Liveability good
