Owner bought the boat in 1996  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? At the time it was what I wanted. Now, because of heart problems, it is too big.  
Gear that's been added Electronics, another oil filter, dodger, etc.  
Structural or complex improvements no  
The boat's best features Excellent sailing in stiff winds, lots of room  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Needs an electric winch to raise the sail  
Sailing characterisitcs Excellent  
Motoring characterisitcs No problems  
Liveability Easily room for five which we had on a ten day cruise.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) excellent response  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Sailing Specilities...very fine dealer
