Structural or complex improvements Enclosed port pilot berth with cabinets to match starboard side.  
The boat's best features Sails nicely - all lines to cockpit. Roomy.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.  
Sailing characterisitcs Stability in rough seas. Fast. Easy on passengers in rough water.  
Motoring characterisitcs 5-6 kts @ 2100rpm (3HM Yanmar). Reliable.  
Liveability Very nice, roomy. After a 2-3 week cruise I still don't feel cramped. And I'm 6'6
