How the boat is used Weekends and longer

Average size of crew 2-4
Liveaboard?
Owner bought the boat in 1996
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? To early to answer this questions. Rigth now the answer would be yes.
Gear that's been added Radar, three blade prop.
Structural or complex improvements
The boat's best features The interior space is great, on hoildays we can have six adults on board. The galley is great, the ice box can hold alot while keeping things cold for a few days before addiing more ice.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. As others have commented the head holding tank, does hold much. You find out real quick after having six adults on board for a day. The cockpit is tight when you have six aboard. The Hood Furler system is poor (I hate it, I want my Furlex).
Sailing characterisitcs I have sailed in 18 to 20 knots winds with a single reef the boat speed was a fast 7.5 knots. The handling of the boat is great even with strong puffs.I could sail for hours...
Motoring characterisitcs The motor is under powered for the currents in Puget Sound. So you have to be patience, and plan your tidal flow.
Liveability
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Not yet...
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Marine Service Center in Seattle are great. The yard peolpe are very helpful, even to non-technical type like me.
