The boat's best features Value and sailing capabilities.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.
Sailing characterisitcs In light winds the boat can keep up with most boats of the same size although I find that I must pay more attention to maintain target speeds. In moderate conditions this boat is a ROCKET! At 12 to 17kts apparent I can reach and exceed hull speed and downwind have seen 12kts measured. Reefing at 15-17kts apparent keeps the boat upright and moving.
Motoring characterisitcs Motoring speed of 7kts at 2700rpm with 3 bladed prop.
Liveability Good livability for the two of us and as we just had twins we'll be cozy. Of course we have lived on a 27' Ericson for 6 months.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Great customer support.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
