If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes perfect for us  
Gear that's been added Electric winches at helm for jib but here it is 2023 and after back problems and should surgery best thing we did and makes reefing easy when winds get over 15 knots and also for lifting dinghy 10’2 aluminum and 15 hp outboard  
Structural or complex improvements No  
The boat's best features Easy to sail  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Spider cracking many places  
Sailing characterisitcs Easy sailing and easy to reef  
Motoring characterisitcs Smooth motoring and did add Flex o Fold one year altering buying  
Liveability Great but the rear bed is great but need to have wife let me out

Other comments Added solar and added more portable referation and we do many weeks cruising for 3 weeks at a time twice yearly. I sailed my boat from NY mostly ocean and it did great
