How the boat is used Weekends and longer

Average size of crew 2-4
Liveaboard?
Owner bought the boat in 98
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yep
Gear that's been added
Structural or complex improvements
The boat's best features cockpit and cabin layout
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The engine exhaust comes out below the transom and cannot be seen. There is no way to know if the engine is getting cooling water by watching the exhaust. All the cockpit and transom lockers use a plastic latch that WILL wear out fast and break. The batteries and the charger are in the starboard locker on the transom. With the weak latch, it would be easy to flood the locker in a following sea and short the battery. If you're going offshore, beef up the latch.Bilge pump is isolated from the battery when battery switch is in the off position. Dumb. Rig a bypass. The pump should come on even when you're on shore power. Unless you like to flood your cabin.Speedo is unreliable. Takes constant care and feeding and even then is seldom accurate.Way too much engine vibration. I consider all of these, except the engine exhaust issue, to be minor and/or easy to fix. I'm stumped about the engine exhaust. I'm going to have to make a hole, and I don't want too.
Sailing characterisitcs Light and responsive. Have to reef early.
Motoring characterisitcs To much vibration with the Yanmar.
Liveability Great for two for 10-15 days. Not what I'd care to live on though.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
