Structural or complex improvements None
The boat's best features Ease of sailing, fast, backs easily, interior space.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. I would mirror the comment that somebody made about the Hood roller furler being in the anchor locker. Very difficult to get to. Wish it had another halyard for a spinnaker.
Sailing characterisitcs Probably the fastest sailboat in my marina. Very forgiving. Downwind performance could be better but I only have the standard sail package.
Motoring characterisitcs Can hit 6.5-7 knots without pushing the engine. It backs fairly well and the Yanmar diesel is very frugal with fuel.
Liveability Great for one couple, two couples would have to be very close friends.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
