How the boat is used Weekends and longer

Average size of crew 2-4
Liveaboard? No
Owner bought the boat in 2007
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? The boat overall is great and in many ways exceeds my expectations. Yes, I would buy this boat again.
Gear that's been added No
Structural or complex improvements No
The boat's best features The furling main sail and
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. I am having some trouble with a leak in the area of the salon hatch and possibly in the area of the mast. Additionally I am experiencing stray voltage from a wiring problem.
Sailing characterisitcs Light to moderately heavy lake winds. Small craft to 11m. Some catamaran time (300 hrs)
Motoring characterisitcs
Liveability The interior was well thought out in most cases. An easily accessable cooler storage area would have been nice. The large storage area under the cockpit seating area would be ideal with some minor modification. I plan on adding a shelve to the storage area and a gas shock (or two) This will hold the hatch open when accessing.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) N/A
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any This is the second boat I have purchased from this dealer and overall they have been very responsive to any problems we have encountered.
Other comments I would recommend the Hunter experience to others.
