The boat's best features IT IS A SWEET SAILING BOAT  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. LEAKS ON THE PORT SIDE, DRIPS DOWN ON CHART TABLEAND ALONG THE PORT WIRE RUNS AND LINER. DRIVINGME NUTS. I HAVE CAULKED AND EPOXIED A LOT TO NOAVAIL.  
Sailing characterisitcs NO WEATHER HELM AS OTHER PEOPLE HAVE SAID.POINTS WELL TO ABOUT 40 DEGREES OF THE WIND.  
Motoring characterisitcs YSM 12 DOES A GOOD JOB, 2,500 PRMS GETS ME 6 KNOTS.  
Liveability NICE, LARGE SALOON. CAN SLEEP SIX, FOUR PEOPLEBETTER.
