If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? with the budget i had? yes  
Gear that's been added windlass, 3 blade prop', electronic charts with laptop, stack-pack with lazyjack.  
Structural or complex improvements no  
The boat's best features speed, easy to sail solo, sexiest boat on the west coast..LOL  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. so far so good  
Sailing characterisitcs  
Motoring characterisitcs very fast, 7.7 @ 2200 RPM  
Liveability it's a narrow boat, if i had to live on a boat i would buy something else
