Review of the Hunter 29.5 by Bob

Year built 1996  
Location of boat dallas, tx.  
The boat is sailed on Lakes  
How the boat is used Weekends and longer  
Normal wind strength 16-22 knots  
Average size of crew 2-4  
Liveaboard?  
Owner bought the boat in 1997  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes, however hunter needs to improve the windowleaks  
Gear that's been added two lewmar 30's  
Structural or complex improvements  
The boat's best features space and ease of sailing  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. again forward window leak and battery charger overcharging and it does not have a meter to indicatelevel of charge.

Liveability 4 inches of foam is not good for sleeping in confort even for a weekend.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any the dealer was slow on delivery and never completly finished every thing that needed to be done, window leak, gel coat damage
