The boat's best features Sails great, especially going to weather. Handles heavier winds very well when reefed. Very easy to sail shorthanded. Overall excellent design with many well thought out features which make the boat a pleasure to be on.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. None  
Sailing characterisitcs Outpoints and sails faster than other boats of similar size. Well balanced.  
Motoring characterisitcs Very maneuvable in tight quarters. Motors at 6 knots at 3,000 rpms.  
Liveability Wonderful. More comfortable than many larger boats I have chartered.

The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Very responsive. Only a few small issues with the boat during commissioning which have all been taken care of.
