Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. winches top broke==parts unavailable=sliding hatch leaks=windows leak  
Sailing characterisitcs i am learning to race and need more wind than the other boats to get competive==moves well once the wind gets up  
Motoring characterisitcs very good  
Liveability the man i bought it from was about 6 ft 4 inches tall =230+ pounds=and lived on it for 10 years=my longest stays aboard have been 4 days==was comfortable
