Sailing characterisitcs We really use our boat and sail in all weather. We have been very impressed at how well it handles rough seas even on a beat.
Motoring characterisitcs We have a Yanmar 18 inboard. We have never had any problem with it. Under full power in reasonably calm water, the boat makes a little over 61/2 knots. As for going in and out of the well and around other docking conditions, it handles well. It doesn't pull very much in one direction when backing up.
Liveability My husband is 6'2
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) We've had no warranty work or repairs, but we have ordered parts and have found the service very prompt.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any We bought our boat from a dealer in Port Sanilac on Lake Huron. The salesman was very helpful , took our old boat in trade, and really pushed to have the boat ready when we requested it.
