Normal wind strength 16-22 knots

Liveaboard? No  
Owner bought the boat in 1994  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes  
Gear that's been added Dodger, spinaker pole, Carried all lines to cockpit, wind and auto pilot, refridgerater.  
Structural or complex improvements No  
The boat's best features Roomy, sails well, likes heavy air, good for short cruises 2 weeks max.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Masthead sheaves require 3rd. replacement, am looking to replace with best quality sheave, can't find the Z-spar dealer in florida who had given me the specs and price.  
Sailing characterisitcs Points well, good helm balance  
Motoring characterisitcs 20 hp yanmar is too small for the boat.  
Liveability Great for 2 people on a 2 week cruise or 4 for a weekend.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Very good they stand behind their product.
