If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes, great deal, cheap, no problems, sold it for more than I had in it.  
Gear that's been added No, all original  
Structural or complex improvements No  
The boat's best features Roomy cabin, easy to sail, didnt cost alot for maintanence  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Hate that carpet on the sides of the cabin, tough to remove, looks like crap.

Other comments Great boat , highly recommend, not high quality but still does the job.
