Year built 2005
Location of boat Toronto, Ontario, Canada
The boat is sailed on The Great Lakes
How the boat is used Weekends and longer

Average size of crew 2-4
Liveaboard? No
Owner bought the boat in 2005
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Definitely, this sailboat is declared the 2005 cruising boat of the year by a cruising magasine
Gear that's been added In-Mast furling, Hunter's mariner package, three bladed folding prop, 2 air conditioner units( if I ever need it ), spinaker gear, and GPS with chart plotter connected to an autopilot
Structural or complex improvements
The boat's best features The "all in the cockpit" management concept, so I can handle the boat on my own if I want to...
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Will let you know soon, the boat is commissioned tomorrow
