The boat's best features Comfort  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. I should have ordered in-mast furling  
Sailing characterisitcs From Tampa Bay, all the west coast of Florida, Dry Tortugas, The Keys a bit of the East coast and going to the Bahamas for 3 months.  
Motoring characterisitcs Burns one third of a gallon an hour..  
Liveability Plenty of room for us both
