If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes good constuction a good value for your $$$ in todays market.  
Gear that's been added sils 150 genoa and main vhf depth knot head stove edson wheel stove cockpit cushons and recoverd all caabin cushions. ps bought boatfor under $5,000.  
Structural or complex improvements rebuilt area under mast step  
The boat's best features space and construction of hull.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. the cover at bow peak and mast step .  
Sailing characterisitcs severe prop walk to port made worse by high free board in windy conditions.
