If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes. I really enjoy it. We've had a lot of fun learning about sailing.  
Gear that's been added Yes. An extra battery

The boat's best features The water ballast is great.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. So far, so good.  
Sailing characterisitcs Mostly 8-12 knots with variable breeze. A lot of boat traffic on weekends but nothing during the week.  
Motoring characterisitcs Pull the boat from dry-dock to the water and back.  
Liveability Great. Lot's of room.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) They worked well for me when I needed to order a new bowrail. Friendly customer service.
