Location of boat Cape Cod Bay
The boat is sailed on Bays, sounds, or protected salt water
How the boat is used Weekends and longer
Normal wind strength 16-22 knots

Owner bought the boat in 1994
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes
Gear that's been added GPS, furler, Stern Rail, holding tank for toilet, new forward hatch,
Structural or complex improvements Replaced forward hatch
The boat's best features Fairly fast, easy to handle single handed
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Forward hatch too weak, 8 hp Yanmar too small, it needs at least a 12 hp engine
Sailing characterisitcs Sails well at 15 to 20 degrees heel, points ok
Motoring characterisitcs Not good when windy or moderate waves, it bogs down when motoring into the wind and waves sometimes comes to a standstill with no way on.
Liveability good for two or three a pinch for four unless your real friendly.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) They provided good information
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any N/A
