Owner bought the boat in 01
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes I love sailing this boat. I have owned newer boats that didn't sail half as well. I have been in very strong seas and have never had a problem. I have herd a lot of people mention that there boat is under powered. My boat has the 2qm20 with a 2 blade prop. I have very good power 7kn with very little disel being used. I have the sloped version of this boat cabin top goes right to deck.
Gear that's been added GPS Chart Plotter this boat came well out fitted when it was new.
Structural or complex improvements No I do have hair line cracks on cabin deck behind the mask and a couple of leaks that I will fix this spring. The price I paid for this boat was way to cheap.
The boat's best features Sailing, cabin comfort.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Just a couple of leaks.
Sailing characterisitcs Points well. Handles well in a strom. I feel very safe on her.
Motoring characterisitcs motors at 7 kn. no problem
Liveability Very liveable good head room. Just great for 2 people.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Good
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Private deal.
