Owner bought the boat in 2002  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes - Great boat to get started in. Easy to sail solo.  
Gear that's been added Compass, Bimni, Fish finder w/Depth, Tiller Tamer, Swim Ladder (extended), Bottom Paint, New Trailer Axle w/Electric Brakes, Seat Cushions, Deck Paint.  
Structural or complex improvements None  
The boat's best features Setting up and ease of Sailing solo (w/dog).  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Bad Trailer axle - Nothing on boat  
Sailing characterisitcs Tender but stiffens out when heeling.  
Motoring characterisitcs Just take it slow and you will be just fine.  
Liveability Have stayed on it for 3 nights with my better half. Not a problem, but then again I'm a Infantry soldier.

Other comments Great starter sailboat. I really enjoy it.
