Normal wind strength 10-15 knots

Liveaboard? No  
Owner bought the boat in 2000  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes  
Gear that's been added gps,stove cockpit cushions,swim ladder  
Structural or complex improvements no  
The boat's best features sail-a-bility, beefy bout in heavy weather, points well in avg. weather  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Outboard config. throttle and shift controls difficult  
Sailing characterisitcs from light weather to thirty knots we have enjoyed thid boat and trust it to bring us back  
Motoring characterisitcs Slow turning and slow to slow, motoring like most 25 keel boats takes planning  
Liveability comfortable, but not roomy
