Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The rudder can be a bit hard to lower and rise at times.  
Sailing characterisitcs Very good for the type of sailing we do.Fern Ridge Res is shallow - so a center-board boat is an advanage.  
Motoring characterisitcs Was fun learning how to get the boat in and out of the slip :)Believe it or not, you can do a full 360 in a Hunter 26 between the rows of slips.  
Liveability Very good - and I'm 6'5
