If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes  
Gear that's been added no  
Structural or complex improvements no  
The boat's best features easy handling  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. hatches leak  
Sailing characterisitcs very few as this is a new boat for me  
Motoring characterisitcs 6 days on intercoastal waterway it was very enjoyable except for hatches leaking  
Liveability for two men it was o k
