Review of the Hunter 460 by Don Smith

If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes but with more attention on Quality for electrical installations  
Gear that's been added Yes, Autohelm Chartplotter, Wind Machine and Autohelm  
Structural or complex improvements No  
The boat's best features Sailing speed  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. I have had problems with the water heater, airconditioner, batterys and not getting literature on some parts.  
Sailing characterisitcs The boat sails very good. I have had it over 9 knots on some days  
Motoring characterisitcs The only problem is when I back my boat into the slip and the prop wash is not to my advantage  
Liveability Very livable  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Very good. Much much better than the dealer  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any I would buy it from a different dealer
