The boat's best features Sails nice, easy for a beginner.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Sink pump was missing, electrical was a mess, boat had been a little neglected.
Sailing characterisitcs Sails great in 10-15 knot wind, does tend to wether, goes fine with 9.9hp outboard. I like to have someone with me to help sail but I am a whimp, could be sailed alone.
Motoring characterisitcs Fine with 9.9 hp, no need for more.
Liveability Done some weekenders, was fine, going to try some longer outings this summer. Ok for two or three adults on a weekend.

The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
