Liveaboard?
Owner bought the boat in 1998
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? I guess I'll never get over the
Gear that's been added I've added a depth/speed indicator, VHF, Harken cam cleats for the jib sheets, and drains in the cockpit lockers.
Structural or complex improvements None.
The boat's best features Mast raising system makes it easy to setup and take down. Love the bimini and roller furling jib.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. I like to singlehand frequently. In light air, the winches aren't necessary but the jam cleats made it difficult to tack and adjust sail trim while maintaining helm control. It's very easy to bend a turnbuckle

Liveability I usually sail with one or two other people. The spacious cockpit seats four with room to spare. The cabin is nicely laid out and the aft berth is huge. The hatch in the aft berth allows good air circulation. I opted to get the compainonway canvas which allows me (6'1
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Have not dealt with Hunter.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Purchased my 240 at a local boat show. The dealer gave me a great deal. Upon delivery, the vang strap was missing. Two days later, the strap came in the mail. Nice dealer, goes out of the way to help.
