Review of the Hunter 326 by Peggysue Ford

Year built 2001
Location of boat Deltaville, VA
The boat is sailed on Bays, sounds, or protected salt water
How the boat is used Day sailing
Normal wind strength 10-15 knots
Average size of crew 2-4
Liveaboard? No
Owner bought the boat in 2002
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes. the boat is actually a 2002 model. It is my first sailboat. She handles well and is easy to sail. She has alot of room below. I think the price is excellent-a really great value. You get alot of standard equipment on this boat. I highly recommend a Hunter. We had 2 minor problems -one with the transom shower head
Gear that's been added Not yet.
Structural or complex improvements No
The boat's best features I love the spacious salon for a 32'0 boat. I just love the whole boat and it would be hard for me to pick just one feature. Sorry.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The shower head on the transom.

Motoring characterisitcs

The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any The best experience I have ever had with any high ticket item that I have even purchased. I searched around and not only did I get a great deal I got great service.
