Review of the Hunter 23 by bernadette

Location of boat keyport,n.j.  
The boat is sailed on Bays, sounds, or protected salt water  
How the boat is used Day sailing  
Normal wind strength less than 10 knots  
Average size of crew 2-4  
Liveaboard? No  
Owner bought the boat in 1999  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes ,however we wish we could afford a bigger one,doesn't everyone?  
Gear that's been added radio.new companionway. and other odds and ends to personalize.  
Structural or complex improvements no. just painting and redoing some sails.  
The boat's best features appears pretty easy to maneuver.good amount of cabin space.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. our outboard engine,occasional problems(nissan 5.5)

Liveability definitely has enough space in and out.  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) excellent!!!!!!!!!  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any no bad experiences at all.  
Other comments its our first boat and we just love it!!!!!we feel pretty safe in any kind of conditions.
