Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Am disappointed in the quality of interior finishing work FOr example, the hanging rod for the stern cabin closet was installed witha 1/4" screw and fell out dumping all clothes the wine rack was put together with 1/2" finishing nails nailed bottom up. it fell through cabinet hardware fell of in a few places two kitchen drawers came apart and had to be re assembled and reglued molded work around the main hatch is shoddy inside the mirror in the head, the edge of the compartment was left "sharp" which cut the back of my hand more than once ( I know, i should have sanded it myself after the first cut) there was a drill bit left under the cover just forward of the hatch which rolled back and forth for a season until it rolled close enough for me to get it out there was a bolt also dropped in the pedestal which ended up in the emergency tiller access which was found thankfully prior to an emergency the overall finishing was less than i expected on a 100K plus purchase The outlets of the air cond. vente were installed with the screws impedeing the ability to adjust the vents this fix somewhat improved the air flow to the stern cabin main halyard cleat mounted on mast split in first season and had to be replaced. this was also true of the main cabin top vents
Sailing characterisitcs satisfactory
Motoring characterisitcs engine fine
Liveability comfortable but stern cabin air conditioning far less than frwrd cabin air flow should be the opposite not to others check to see if vent controls work freely mine were impeded by improper installation. see above comments
