If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? YES I WOULD BUY THIS BOAT AGAIN  
Gear that's been added (1) ADDED HARKIN MOVING CLEETS WITH GUIDES FOR THE JIB LINES. (2) RAN THE LINES FROM THE MAST TO A BLOCK AND TO RIGHT SIDE REAR OF COCKPIT FOR MAIN AND JIB LINES. (3) INSTALLED PULLEY ON MAST AND RAN LINE FOR SPINIKER.  
Structural or complex improvements NO  
The boat's best features A GOOD SOUND HULL AND WILL RESPOUND EASY WITH THE TOUCH OF THE TILLER IN LIGHT WINDS OR HIGH WINDS A BOAT THAT CAN BE SAILED ALONE WITH EASE.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. MAST BASE ON THE SPAR MAST. I HAD A BASE MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL PLATE . THE POT METAL ONE BROKE AND WAS NOT STRONG ENOUGH
