If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes with much more on the boat. Refrigeration,auto helm,generator. spinaker

Structural or complex improvements Placed wood slats in aft cabib on hull walls  
The boat's best features Interior layout and sail handling features  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. I have a significant amount of prop wash while in gear and under power.  
Sailing characterisitcs Good handling and very fast up wind or on a beam reach.  
Motoring characterisitcs Backup very well and maybe a bit under powered.  
Liveability Great
