The boat's best features She loves to Sail,  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. none  
Sailing characterisitcs she is a little tender do to the water ballast but you get use to it and she is fine. I seen 30 mph gust with a reefed main and no head what a ride.  
Motoring characterisitcs I have a 8hp mercury and its great 7 knots at 3/4  
Liveability Great for the week end.. I have added a 5,000 btu ac that I put companion way in the dead of the summer you need a blanket.
