well rounded boat, can sleep 4 easy, hard to get into trouble in it, lines led aft is great
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.
really would love to have a furler, no other problems so far, previous owner fixed leaks at chainplates and ports, but fine now. the forespar spar is locked up, but I hear that is common and cheap to fix.

Sailing characterisitcs
My wife really doesn't like it when I whip it around on a tack, but I sure do love how fast you can make the transition, given the lines aft, seems to move pretty good with little air.
Motoring characterisitcs
like the others have said, you can really manouver easily using the motor swivel and rudder together, I have not motored in rough sees much be have had no problems so far
Liveability
If I was a bachelor, I could easily stay for a long time on this boat, especially in a marina with shower facility, but when me, the wife and two small children are all down below, the need to get topside soon arises, but that may just be the kids and a small place. My kids don't like to sit still much.

I am curious whether I would like a water ballasted Hunter beter for convenience, but I really see quality in this model. Very happy with the boat, sure wish I could find a trailer for it.
