Delta Quickset with 35 ft chain and 150 ft rode, Lewmar windlass, Seafire engine fire suppression system, full cockpit cushions, LED interior and anchor light, 19” flat screen TV with DVD player and mast top antenna,  
Structural or complex improvements none needed  
The boat's best features Sails well, fast, in mast furling, arch, lots and lots of storage space, large galley, very well thought out for comfortable living aboard, stern design makes dinghy use very easy especially with dogs, good access to engine easy to work on, all teak interior with large ports, bright open space down below, large comfortable cockpit, very dry boat, bilge is dusty, no water leaks around ports or anywhere else  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. none  
Sailing characterisitcs A very easy boat to sail, points well, fast, feels solid, does not need much wind to sail, downwind we gibe or use an asymmetrical spinnaker, the arch moves the traveler out of the cockpit but easy to reach from the helm, tacks fast and easy with the small head sail  
Motoring characterisitcs Quiet, good fuel consumption, turns very well, backs and stops well probably because of the 3 blade feathering prop  
Liveability Very livable, even with two small dogs,we live-aboard for 4 to 6 months each year. Very roomy for a 35 ft boat, well ventilated. Very large fridge and separate freezer for extended cruising. Lighting is well done they can be used in different combinations so always have just what you need, even has a light and 110v outlet in the cockpit locker. AC keeps it cool or warm, can run on generator at anchor. Built in microwave and generator ease the use of propane and with the BBQ can limit heat in the cabin when temperatures are high. Separate shower stall in head is a bonus. A wet locker is great to store foulies after a stormy day. The arch is wonderful idea, has a light and speakers built in, provides a very sturdy bimni anchor, two good sized cockpit tables work well for entertaining or morning coffee  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Great company, very responsive to questions, even on an older model boat. Provide all the original SOP's used in the construction of the vessel, 3rd party manuals etc. Could not be better to deal with. Boat comes with a very good owners manual.
