Gear that's been added Refrigeration,newport vented propane heat,1000w Heart inverter/charger,auto pilot,7 new batteries in 2 banks, reverse heat/air condition oversized, auto pilot,48lb cqr,danforth,about 350 feet of rode,custom cabnets for excellent tidy sorage,new bullet proof windows,vhf, spinaker, bimini,dodger,full enclosure-for all season comfort and safety new rigging all wire and line.stainless steel prop shaft cutlass and 3 blade prop  
Structural or complex improvements barrier coated bottom  
The boat's best features price of boat for quality  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. have changed everything on board at least one time for preventive maintance  
Sailing characterisitcs very fast and loves to be loaded down with gear for better sailing charistics or it can be too light if empty but again very very fast  
Motoring characterisitcs its a dream  
Liveability This is truely one of the best liveaboard boats i have been on every space has been thaught about except the cabnets they look bad when full so we had custom ones built for a look of quality
