If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes
Gear that's been added Radar, SSB radio, Inverter, Extra batteries,Electronics,Extra bilge pump,Hi output alternator, refrigeration, autopilot, folding propMinimal motoring but the 27 hp Yanmar is a good little
Structural or complex improvements no
The boat's best features Cockpit size, cabin room, performance, strength
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Autohelm instrumentation has been a continuing problem. Traveler car has broken on two successive St. Pete - Isla Mujeres races
Sailing characterisitcs Great reaching boat, very seakindly. We've sailed her in 38 knot winds with 20 foot seas. Put her aground on the reef in Tulum, destroying the rudder and bending the keel. She is one tough boat. Didn't sail too badly with only half a rudder either.
Motoring characterisitcs Minimal motoring but the 27hp Yanmar is sweetVery comfortable for 2-4
Liveability Very comfortable for 2 - 4. Raced with 6 across the Gulf and it was OK
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) Eddie Breeden is dynamite to work with, very helpful.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Dealer flew from CA to TX to help me commission the boat. Great to work with.
