How the boat is used Weekends and longer

Liveaboard?
Owner bought the boat in 1996
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Without hesitation. Took some adjustment to get used to the unstayed rig,but now I love it. Simple and very strong. Very stable and comfortable boat, sails very well, much better than I expected. Lived on it for 6 months through a Toronto winter. No problems at all. Wonderful cruising design.
Gear that's been added Refridgeration, dodger and full cockpit enclosure, overboard shower pump. Voltage and ammeters, loran and autopilot integrated.
Structural or complex improvements no
The boat's best features Excellent well thought out design. Designed to sail well in comfort, what a novel concept. Magnet for kids to play on when we're rafted. Love the all around external visibility from the cabin. Was a major reason for buying as I would live aboard.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Absolutely useless anchor roller. Would be small on a dingy.
Sailing characterisitcs Fast and stable. Handles wind gusts very well. Previous boat was a C
Motoring characterisitcs Takes big waves very well, will motor into 30 knot winds and 6 foot seas.
Liveability Excellent, lived on board for 6 months over the winter in Toronto. Very large and comfortable cabin. Excellent head design except the holding tank is far too small.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any)
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
